AMWA Housing Request
Dear interviewee,
In order to plan your stay, we strongly encourage you to submit your request and payment at least 10 days before your scheduled interview. If you learn of your interview within less than 10 days of your interview date, please email Brianna Garza at amwahousing@gmail.com to verify that a housing volunteer will be available at short notice. UTMB will provide an area for you to leave your belongings on the morning of the interview. Please note that limited housing will be available for those students interviewing on September 2nd, due to a final exam scheduled for the 2nd year medical students, as well as September 9th, due to a scheduled vacation for the 2nd year medical students.
The fee for housing is $20 if paying online. Add $4 processing fee if sending payment via US Postal Service. Any requests for refunds will not be granted unless the request is made at least 24 hours prior to your expected arrival date.
Immediately after submitting your form, you will be redirected to a page that explains your payment options.
You will not be matched for housing until your payment has been received.
